Getting the professional builder look

Another glorious day and I have just been sitting by the apple trees in the garden looking out over the valley - everything is so peaceful and quiet, the cats are flat out sunning themselves and even Amber, the dog, can’t seem to be bothered to bark at anything.  Carl and Sam, with the help of the ever handy Dan,  are doing something technical to the bale grab as, at the moment, it does not grab.  This does not surprise me as it is not currently attached to the tractor but apparently I am missing the point.

We still have not cut the hay as Carl is convinced it is about to rain.  I am convinced the grass is now dying and the barometer is undecided.  Too late today anyway so we will have to see tomorrow.

Carl rather ridiculed my wild flower planting and suggested I try Brussel Sprouts as I seem to do very well with them.  I told him that was a silly suggestion and when my poppies start popping up everywhere he will regret his scoffing.

I was inspired today by a very professional looking builder I spotted striding across the road in Cadnam when I popped back to take Dad to Lymington for an appointment.  He was suitably tanned and dressed in a trendy, well ironed, pair of shorts and sign written, nicely fitting, t shirt which coordinated with his company vehicle.  I feel we now need a set of Westhill alpaca clothing each and have found a company to do individual items.  We have T shirts (I have never worn mine as it is a little on the snug side and makes me look a bit like a Page 3 model without the figure or the face!)  This company does lots of items so we soon will look like a professional colour coordinated outfit (probably still covered in alpaca, cat and dog hair!).

Yoda is still 8.8kg but his runny behind seems to have sorted itself out.  He was struggling with a piece of grass this evening, it just would not go in his mouth properly!  He seemed to be getting quite cross with it!

Whoops!  Have to rush off now as a bird has just flown straight up the hill and in the window!
